What to email about
- Data corrections — if a club or association coefficient does not match the official UEFA standings, let us know. Please include a specific reference (season, association, the value you believe is correct).
- Bug reports — if the site does not work on your device, a chart shows wrong values, or a translation is missing. Please include browser and OS info, ideally with a screenshot.
- Feature requests — if a specific statistic, visualization, or filter is missing that you would use frequently, tell us. Most additional features were built based on user requests.
- Translation corrections — if a German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese translation reads awkwardly or misses a term, we welcome native-speaker corrections.
- Privacy requests — to exercise your rights under GDPR (access, deletion, objection), use the same address. We respond within the legally required 30 days.
- Business inquiries — partnerships, sponsorships, data licensing to third parties, collaborations with sports media outlets.
- Security disclosures — for discovered security issues, please use coordinated disclosure via email. We acknowledge security researchers publicly on request.
What we cannot help with
- Betting tips and predictions — eurocoeff displays data but does not give betting recommendations and accepts no responsibility for any bets placed based on the displayed information.
- Account or login issues — there are no accounts on eurocoeff. All content is accessible without registration.
- UEFA-related complaints — eurocoeff is not UEFA. For matters that directly involve UEFA (match scheduling, referee decisions, official statistics), please contact uefa.com.
